Chef Simran Saroa, a certified pastry chef and instructor of pastry arts. She was a home baker with pies, and brownies as her specialty, for 3years and then progressed to completing her diploma of Advanced Patisserie Arts from Truffle Nation Institute in Delhi and certified from LAPT Institute.
She has now delved into content creation as well as sharing her knowledge with other students via classes, has conducted various online and offline workshops having taught over 500 students and helping them explore the art of baking!
